イラマトランスとは…ゲロを吐きまくり、失神寸前で大量放尿、そしてそれを超えると泡を吹き白目を剥く！！今回のターゲットは、小さなカラダに幼い雰囲気を漂わせる椎名唯チャン。作品内容を知って撮影を嫌がる彼女をただの口便所に仕上げるべく、シナリオにはまったくないコトを繰り返すスタッフ。幼さが残る小さいオクチを容赦なく、白目剥いても喉奥までガン突きイラマ！！泣き、怒り、喚いても理性が崩壊するまでは、終わるコトのない行為。
이라마 트랜스란… 게로를 토해, 실신 직전에 대량 방뇨, 그리고 그것을 넘으면 거품을 불어 하얀 눈을 벗긴다! ! 이번 타겟은 작은 몸에 어린 분위기를 풍기는 시이나 유이 장. 작품 내용을 알고 촬영을 싫어하는 그녀를 단지 입변소로 완성하기 위해 시나리오에는 전혀 없는 코트를 반복하는 스탭. 어린아이가 남는 작은 옥치를 용서하지 않고, 하얀 눈 벗겨도 목 안쪽까지 건 찌르기 이라마! ! 울고, 분노하고, 환하게 해도 이성이 붕괴할 때까지는, 끝나는 코트가 없는 행위.
