DESCRIPTION
In black companies where there are no work regulations, new female employees become prey at the annual barbecue competition. 就業規則などあってないようなブラック企業では毎年行われるバーベキュー大会で餌食になるのは女性新入社員である。お局さまから陰湿なイジメにあい、女の敵は女であることを実感させられるのだ。過激なセクハラも受け入れるしか生きる道はなく、レイプまがいの泣き寝入り事件は日常茶飯事なのだという。
취업규칙 등 없는 블랙 기업에서는 매년 열리는 바베큐 대회에서 먹이가 되는 것은 여성 신입 사원이다. 국장으로부터 음습한 왕따에 맞추고, 여자의 적은 여자인 것을 실감시킬 수 있는 것이다. 과격한 성희롱도 받아들일 수밖에 사는 길은 없고, 강간 마가이의 울음소리 사건은 일상차반사라고 한다.
