派遣切りされ我が社に派遣された一般OL。人事部に配属されたのですが、なにぶんAVメーカーの人事部は他とは違うんですよね～。もちろん社員の管理も致しますが、女優＆男優キャスティングも我が社人事部のお仕事なのです。女優面接ではちゃんと感度チェックしなくちゃだし、男優面接では勃起力も必須です。戸惑いながらも一般OLだった彼女がAVメーカーで働く姿を完全密着してみました。
파견 끊어져 우리 회사에 파견된 일반 OL. 인사부에 배속되었습니다만, 어쩐지 AV메이커의 인사부는 다른 것과는 다른군요~. 물론 사원의 관리도 합니다만, 여배우&남배우 캐스팅도 우리 사인사부의 일입니다. 여배우 면접에서는 제대로 감도 체크하지 않으면 안되고, 남배우 면접에서는 발기력도 필수입니다. 당황하면서도 일반 OL이었던 그녀가 AV메이커에서 일하는 모습을 완전 밀착해 보았습니다.
