時は2050年…これまで少子化対策に取りくみ続けてきた日本。その政策が功を奏し、日本の出生率は急激に増加。しかし人口増加で社会的負担が問題となり、今度は人口抑制の対策として「一人っ子政策」が行われた。2人以上出産すると罰金を支払う制度変更。しかし「SEXはやっぱり生中出し」でやるべき！という国民の強い意志を聞き入れ、「妊娠しない生中出しSEX」を学ばせる学校が開校されたのです。
때는 2050년… 지금까지 저출산 대책에 계속 노력해 온 일본. 그 정책이 공을 연주해 일본의 출생률은 급격히 증가. 그러나 인구 증가로 사회적 부담이 문제가 되었고, 이번에는 인구억제 대책으로 '혼자 자 정책'이 이루어졌다. 2명 이상 출산하면 벌금을 지불하는 제도 변경. 그러나 「SEX는 역시 생 질 내 사정」으로 해야 한다! 라고 하는 국민의 강한 의지를 들어, 「임신하지 않는 생 질 내 사정 SEX」를 배울 수 있는 학교가 개교된 것입니다.
