DESCRIPTION
Nanami Aoi, the operational staff of the Video Sentai Chargeman, visits Charge Base, a space station that floats south of Mechanic and above Tokyo to monitor attacks from space by the Evil Star Cluster Gouma. Just as Nanami comes up with a great idea, Zoura, a space mercenary boasting superhuman strength, invades Charge Base! Nanami Aoi tries to transform, but Zoura's powerful tail attack prevents her transformation. Nanami Aoi faces her biggest crisis in a room at Charge Base with no escape.
電影戦隊チャージマンの作戦参謀である葵七海は、メカニックの南と東京上空に浮かび、邪悪星団ゴウマの宇宙からの攻撃を監視する宇宙ステーション、チャージベースを訪れ新たに地球に侵入しようとするゴウマを大気圏外で叩く方法を考えていた。七海に名案が浮かんだその矢先、なんとチャージベースに怪力自慢の宇宙傭兵ゾウラが侵入してきたのだ！葵七海は、変身しようとするのだがゾウラの強力な尾っぽの攻撃により、変身が妨害されてしまう。逃げ場のないチャージベースの一室で最大のピンチをむかえる葵七海。
전영전대 차지맨의 작전 참모인 아오이 나나미는 메카닉의 남쪽과 도쿄 상공에 떠오르고 사악성단 고마의 우주로부터의 공격을 감시하는 우주 정거장, 차지 베이스를 찾아 새로운 지구에 침입하려고 하는 고우를 대기권 밖에서 두드리는 방법을 생각하고 있었다. 나나미에 명안이 떠오른 그 화살촉, 무려 차지 베이스에 괴력 자랑의 우주 용병 조우라가 침입해 온 것이다! 아오이 나나미는 변신하려고 하지만 조우라의 강력한 꼬리 공격으로 변신이 방해받는다. 도망가지 않는 차지 베이스의 한실에서 최대의 핀치를 맞대는 아오이 나나미.
