DESCRIPTION

However, behind the scenes, Tokuda, who is connected to the criminal organization Fogg and enriches his own pockets, devises a terrifying plan to encourage citizens to demand armed guards. He develops a human being stronger than Spandexer, the city's savior, publicly executes Spandexer in front of the people, instills despair in the people, and then devises a terrifying plan to bring the situation under control with armed guards... 犯罪都市オーガスの市長、徳田は再選の公約として武装警備隊を考案し街から犯罪撲滅を訴えていた。しかしその裏で犯罪結社フォッグとつながり私腹を肥やす徳田は武装警備隊の需要を市民に促すために恐るべき計画を画策する。街の救世主であるスパンデクサーを超える強化人間を開発し民衆の前でスパンデクサーを公開処刑にし、人々に絶望を植え付けた後、武装警備隊によって事態を収拾しようという、恐るべき計画を立てていたのだ…。しかしDrグラップにより生み出された強化人間グリードは暴走を始め、街に放たれてしまう…［HAPPY END］
범죄 도시 오거스 시장, 도쿠다는 재선 공약으로 무장 경비대를 고안해 거리에서 범죄 박멸을 호소하고 있었다. 그러나 그 뒤에서 범죄 결사 포그와 연결되어 사복을 길러주는 도쿠다는 무장 경비대의 수요를 시민에게 촉구하기 위해 무서운 계획을 획책한다. 거리의 구세주인 스판덱서를 넘는 강화 인간을 개발해 민중 앞에서 스판덱서를 공개 처형으로 하고, 사람들에게 절망을 심어준 후, 무장 경비대에 의해 사태를 수습하려고 하는, 무서운 계획을 세우고 있었던 것이다… 그러나 Dr그래프에 의해 만들어진 강화 인간 그리드는 폭주를 시작해, 거리에 빠져 버린다… [HAPPY END]
