DESCRIPTION
Miyu Morikawa, a girl who dreams of becoming an idol, spots a mysterious ship floating in the sky and follows it, but the ship disappears and Miyu finds a mysterious walking stick in its place. When I took the stick back to my room and was playing with it, a fairy I had never seen before appeared! When Miyu chants a magic spell as instructed by the fairy, she transforms into an idol. Miyu is happy, and when she goes out on the town in her idol form, she is scouted by a TV station official and makes her debut as the real idol Dreamy Lili. Dreamy Lili is steadily gaining popularity. The incident happened during a handshake event. An enthusiastic idol otaku points a knife at Dreamy Lili in an attempt to monopolize her. The person who stopped the nerdy young man was a rapist named Kohei Ueno, who was looking for his 100th rape target. As the TV staff is worried about the impact of the incident, as it seems that there will be a hole in the subsequent live broadcast program, Kohei Ueno appears and proposes an unusual plan.
アイドルに憧れる少女、森川美優は、空に浮かぶ不思議な船を見つけひきつけられるように追うのだが、船は消えその消えた場所で美優は不思議なステッキを見つける。ステッキを部屋に持ち帰り遊んでいると見たこともない妖精が現れた！妖精に言われるままに魔法の呪文を唱えると、なんと美優はアイドルに変身してしまうのだった。喜ぶ美優は、アイドルの姿のまま街に繰り出すとTV局の関係者にスカウトされ本当のアイドル、ドリーミー・リリとしてデビューすることになる。順調に人気を集めるドリーミー・リリ。ある握手会の時にその事件は起こった。熱狂的なアイドルオタクが、ドリーミー・リリを独り占めしようとリリに刃物を向けたのだ。そのオタク青年を食い止めたのは、100人目の強姦ターゲットを探していた上野耕平という強姦魔だった。事件の影響で、その後の生放送番組に穴を開けることになりそうなTVスタッフ達が頭を悩ませていると上野耕平が現れ突拍子もない企画を提案する。
아이돌에 동경하는 소녀, 모리카와 미유는, 하늘에 떠오르는 이상한 배를 찾아 사냥할 수 있도록 쫓는데, 배는 사라져 그 사라진 장소에서 미유는 이상한 스틱을 찾아낸다. 스테키를 방에 가지고 돌아가 놀고 있다고 본 적도 없는 요정이 나타났다! 요정에게 말하는대로 마법의 주문을 주장하면 무려 미유는 아이돌로 변신해 버리는 것이었다. 기뻐하는 미유는 아이돌의 모습 그대로 거리에 빠져나오면 TV국 관계자에게 스카우트되어 진정한 아이돌, 드림리 리리로 데뷔하게 된다. 순조롭게 인기를 모으는 드리미 릴리. 한 악수회 때 그 사건은 일어났다. 열광적인 아이돌 오타쿠가 드리미 리리를 독점하고자 리리에게 칼을 돌린 것이다. 그 오타쿠 청년을 막은 것은 100명째의 강간 타겟을 찾고 있던 우에노 코헤이라는 강간마였다. 사건의 영향으로, 그 후의 생방송 프로그램에 구멍을 뚫게 될 것 같은 TV 스탭들이 머리를 괴롭히고 있으면 우에노 코헤이가 나타나 돌박자도 없는 기획을 제안한다.
