Matsuri Yorifumi, aka Daytona Yellow, a member of the Galactic Special Investigation, is cornered by Agrat, a female executive of the S-class crime family ``Yomi,'' and is rescued by Karen, aka Daytona Gold, who has followed her from another planet. However, her compatriots on her home planet have been taken hostage by Agrat, and her purpose is to infiltrate Earth's Galactic Special Investigations as a spy. Karen, who equipped herself with Agrat's magic armor and fell into evil as Vagigold, attacks Matsuri inside the base! She transforms into Yellow and confronts her, but Vaggy stops her and her body is slowly defiled as if he is being tasted... Yellow is inserted a vibrator that sucks up the energy of justice and converts it into energy of evil, but when she learns from Vaggie's memories that she is being used and tells her that her home planet has already been destroyed, Karen separates from the magical equipment.
