DESCRIPTION
Nao Kurosaki works as a teacher during the day, but at night she works as a thief, Cat's Lady, stealing magic stones, jewels in which demons dwell, and sealing them away. Her next target is the masked wealthy man, Shishio. Cat's Lady goes to steal his magic stones, but Shishio, who plans to collect magic stones and rule the world, sets a trap for Cat's Lady. Cat's Lady steals a magic stone and takes it back with her, sneaking past investigator Inuzuka's security, but it turns out to be a fake with a communication device installed. Shishio's henchman Toramaru attacks Nao, who brings back the magic stone without realizing it was a fake. Shishio takes Nao away to his hideout and conducts a fierce interrogation in an attempt to obtain the magic stone that Cat Lady has stolen. 낮에는 교사로 일하는 쿠로사키 나오는 밤에는 의적 캐츠 레이디로서 악마가 머무는 보석, 마법석을 훔쳐 악마를 봉인하고 있었다. 그런 그녀의 다음 표적은 가면의 부자, 사자왕. 그의 마법석을 훔치러 간 캐츠 레이디이지만 마법석을 모아 세계를 지배하려고 하는 사자왕은 캐츠 레이디에 함정을 건다. 수사관 이누즈카의 경비를 긁어 잠수 마법석을 훔쳐 가져온 캐츠 레이디이지만, 그것은 통신기의 담긴 가짜였다. 가짜를 눈치채지 못하고 마법석을 가지고 돌아온 나오를, 사자왕의 손 아래의 호랑이 마루가 습격한다. 사자왕은 나오를 아지트로 데려갔고, 지금까지 캣츠 레이디가 훔친 마법석을 손에 넣으려고 장절한 심문을 하는 것이었다. 캣츠 레이디는, 이 궁지로부터 피해, 사자왕이 가지는 마법석을 봉인할 수 있을까! ?
