DESCRIPTION
A man who runs a small factory suffering from recession comes to city hall. He is in a difficult situation and comes to ask about paying his resident tax, but the female clerk at the important government office only reacts coldly to him. The man was able to put up with the woman's heartless response and seek advice, but he lost patience with the woman's overly arrogant attitude. A harsh punishment for this selfish, arrogant woman...Now, a man is trying to stand up for the sake of the civilian population (?).
不況に喘ぐ町工場を経営する男性が市役所へとやってきた。現状が苦しい彼は住民税納付の相談にやってきたのだったが、肝心の役所の女性事務員は彼に対して冷たい反応ばかり。心ない対応にも我慢して相談する男性だったが、女性のあまりにも傲慢な態度に彼の堪忍袋の緒が切れた。身勝手なこの高慢ちきな女にキツい罰を…今、一人の男が民間の為（？）立ち上がろうとしていた。
불황에 빠지는 마을 공장을 경영하는 남성이 시청으로 왔다. 현재가 어려운 그는 주민세 납부의 상담에 온 것이었지만, 중요한 관공서의 여성 사무원은 그에 대해 차가운 반응뿐. 마음 없는 대응에도 참아 상담하는 남성이었지만, 여성의 너무 오만한 태도에 그의 참배 주머니가 끊어졌다. 제멋대로인 이 교만한 여자에게 힘든 벌을… 지금, 한 남자가 민간 때문에(?) 일어나려고 하고 있었다.
