At that time, my brother-in-law changed because of a medical certificate. The Miyazaki family lives with his wife Kaho, her husband, and her gentle brother-in-law. あの時、一枚の診断書から義弟が変わってしまいました。宮崎家は妻・香穂、夫、おとなしい義弟の三人暮らし。笑顔の絶えない家庭で日々日常が輝いていた。しかし、夫は原因不明の「勃起機能障害」を患ってしまう。心配する妻をよそに、日に日に弱って行く夫。どうする事も出来ないまま、妻は一人慰める日々が続く…。そんな義姉の姿を見た弟は義姉に襲いかかる！！
