Chisato, a female company president, has been refining her sales force as her company's performance has been deteriorating recently. このところ会社の業績が悪化して営業戦力を練っていた女社長・千里。そんな矢先、仕事中にも関わらずサボって会社に対する不満や、自分自身に対する悪口を言っている社員たちの会話を聞いてしまう。そこで、つい感情的になった千里はリストラだけはしたくないと思っていたが、その社員を即日解雇にした。その夜、今日あった出来事を不倫相手である部下に愚痴るのだが、部下は千里を裏切り悪巧みをする。不倫相手である部下もまた以前から千里のワンマンぶりに嫌気がさしていたのだ。そして解雇通告された社員は、部下と社内不倫している事実などをネタに、抵抗する千里を脅し言いなりにさせていく…。
요즘 회사의 실적이 악화되어 영업 전력을 반영했던 여자 사장 치사토. 그런 화살, 일중에도 불구하고 사보는 회사에 대한 불만이나 자신에 대한 욕을 말하고 있는 직원들의 대화를 듣는다. 거기서, 드디어 감정적으로 된 센리는 구조조정만은 하고 싶지 않다고 생각했지만, 그 사원을 당일 해고로 했다. 그날 밤, 오늘 있었던 사건을 불륜 상대인 부하에게 어리석게 하지만, 부하는 천리를 배신하고 악교를 한다. 불륜 상대인 부하도 또한 이전부터 천리의 원만 만에 혐오스러웠던 것이다. 그리고 해고 통고된 사원은, 부하와 사내 불륜하고 있는 사실 등을 재료에, 저항하는 천리를 위협해 말을 하게 한다…
