DESCRIPTION
Haruko and Shozo, who run an okonomiyaki restaurant, often fight as a couple, but they are basically on good terms. One day, Shozo goes fishing in a mountain stream and falls to his death. Haruko breaks down crying in front of Shozo's fishing rod. When he leaves the house to his younger sister, Natsuko, who has come to help, and goes to the store, he sees Shozo's unfinished laundry and becomes even more saddened. Then Sato from the liquor store shows up and attacks him, saying... Haruko, who was haggard, had no energy left to resist.
お好み焼き屋を営む春子と昭三は、よく夫婦喧嘩をしているが、基本的には仲がよかった。ある日、渓流釣りに行った昭三が転落死してしまう。昭三の釣竿を前に泣き崩れる春子。手伝いに来た妹・奈津子に家を任せて店に行くと、昭三がやり残したままの洗い物が見え、ますます悲しみを募らせてしまう。そこへ酒屋の佐藤が現れ、実は…と襲い掛かってくる。やつれた春子に抵抗の気力は残っていなかった。
오코노미야키야를 운영하는 하루코와 쇼조는 자주 부부 싸움을 하고 있지만, 기본적으로는 사이가 좋았다. 어느 날, 계류 낚시에 간 쇼조가 전락사해 버린다. 쇼조의 낚싯대를 앞에 울고 무너지는 하루코. 도와 온 여동생 나츠코에게 집을 맡기고 가게에 가면, 쇼조가 떠난 채로 씻는 것이 보이고, 점점 슬픔을 모집해 버린다. 거기에 사카야의 사토가 나타나, 실은… 어리석은 하루코에게 저항의 기력은 남아 있지 않았다.
