2023年、全世界に拡大したテロの嵐。増殖していくテロ活動に対抗すべく政府は対テロリスト特殊部隊を組織した。部隊長の亜紀（鈴木）は指令により、ある組織のアジトに侵入するが、そこで待ち受けていたのはかつての恩師、軍事訓練の教官奈津子（つかもと）だった…。
2023년 전 세계로 확대된 테러 폭풍. 증식해 나가는 테러 활동에 대항하기 위해 정부는 대 테러리스트 특수부대를 조직했다. 부대장의 아키(스즈키)는 지령에 의해, 어느 조직의 아지트에 침입하지만, 거기서 기다리고 있던 것은 과거의 은사, 군사 훈련의 교관 나츠코(츠카모토)였다.
