With spring upon us, many new members of society have joined SOD this year. For new graduates who still feel like students, we conduct training after the induction ceremony to determine their suitability for the job. This time, we will take a look at SOD's new employee training, which is a little different from normal companies. In order to become a full-fledged SOD female employee, rigorous but embarrassing training is very important.
春を迎え今年もSODに多くの新社会人が入社しました。学生気分が抜けきらない新卒に対し入社式終了後の研修で仕事の適性を見極めております。今回は普通の会社とは少し異なるSODならではの新入社員研修の様子をご覧頂きます。一人前のSOD女子社員になる為には厳しくも恥ずかしい研修はとても重要なものなのです。
봄을 맞이해 올해도 SOD에 많은 신사회인이 입사했습니다. 학생 기분이 빠지지 않는 신졸에 입사식 종료 후의 연수로 일의 적성을 파악하고 있습니다. 이번은 보통의 회사와는 조금 다른 SOD만이 가능한 신입 사원 연수의 모습을 보겠습니다. 1인분의 SOD 여자 사원이 되기 위해서는 엄격하고 부끄러운 연수는 매우 중요한 것입니다.
