Nowadays, people have long been calling for a declining birthrate and an aging population, and there is an urgent need to secure human resources to support nursing care sites. Against this backdrop, the social welfare department of the girls' school introduced here is working face-to-face with the elderly through regular on-site training. However, the various problems faced during experiential learning, especially the issue of sexuality among the elderly, is one of the major problems that cannot be avoided. Please take a close look at the high school girls who struggle to provide sexual assistance to the elderly.
少子高齢化が叫ばれて久しい現代、介護の現場を支える人材の確保が急務となっています。そんななか今回紹介する女子校の社会福祉部は、定期的な現場学習を通じて高齢者の方々と向かい合っています。しかし体験学習で直面する様々な問題―特に高齢者の「性」の問題は、彼女たちにとって避けては通れない大きな問題の一つです。高齢者の性介助と奮闘する女子校生たちの姿をしっかりとご覧ください。
저출산 고령화가 외치고 오랜 현대, 개호의 현장을 지지하는 인재의 확보가 급무가 되고 있습니다. 그런 가운데 이번 소개하는 여자 학교의 사회 복지부는, 정기적인 현장 학습을 통해 고령자 분들과 마주하고 있습니다. 그러나 경험 학습에 직면하는 다양한 문제 - 특히 노인의 "성"의 문제는 그녀에게 피할 수없는 큰 문제 중 하나입니다. 고령자의 성개조와 분투하는 여고생들의 모습을 제대로 봐 주세요.
