高齢化社会が進むなか、各施設でも様々な試みがなされるようになりました。今回私たちが注目したのは、年に一度の温泉旅行サービスを行っている介護施設。利用者たちには大人気のこの旅行、ただし介護福祉レディにとっては、普段とは勝手が変わって一苦労。集団入浴や宴会場などなど、温泉旅行ならではのハプニング続出に、介護福祉レディたちも大忙し。
고령화 사회가 진행되는 가운데, 각 시설에서도 다양한 시도가 이루어지게 되었습니다. 이번에 우리가 주목한 것은 일년에 한 번 온천 여행 서비스를 실시하고 있는 개호 시설. 이용자들에게는 대인기의 이 여행, 다만 개호 복지 레이디에게 있어서는, 평상시와는 마음이 바뀌어 일고생. 집단 입욕이나 연회장 등 온천여행만의 해프닝 속출에 개호복지 레이디들도 바쁘다.
