百音の実家は、老舗温泉旅館。父親の経営するその温泉旅館が、経営不振のため突然の倒産。そして、父も母も連絡がつかなくなった。東京で歯科助手の仕事をしている百音は、実家へも戻れず、不安な毎日を過ごしていた。ある日、仕事を終え自宅マンションに戻ると債権回収業者が、百音のマンションに押し掛けて来た。父親の莫大な借金の回収をまかされた業者は、両親と連絡が取れないなら、百音に返済を迫る。返済が出来ないのなら、フロに沈めると脅された百音は、泣く泣くフーゾクの道を選ぶ。こうして、百音はフーゾクを始めたのだった…。
백음의 친가는 전통 온천 여관. 아버지가 경영하는 그 온천 여관이 경영 부진 때문에 갑작스러운 도산. 그리고 아버지도 어머니도 연락이 끊어졌다. 도쿄에서 치과 조수의 일을 하고 있는 백음은, 친가에게도 돌아갈 수 없고, 불안한 매일을 보내고 있었다. 어느 날 일을 마치고 집 아파트로 돌아오자 채권회수업자가 백음의 아파트에 밀려왔다. 아버지의 막대한 빚의 회수를 받은 업자는 부모님과 연락을 취할 수 없다면 백음에 상환을 다가온다. 갚을 수 없다면, 플로에 가라앉는다고 위협받은 백음은 울고 울고 있는 푸조크의 길을 선택한다. 이렇게, 백음은 푸조크를 시작한 것이었다…
