In fact, my wife and I, who have been married for three years, have decided to start a slow life in the countryside, which has been our long-cherished desire. We purchased an old private house that was built about 50 years ago in a mountain village about 2 hours by train from Tokyo with a loan. My wife seemed very happy with the peaceful countryside environment with fresh air, so I thought it was a good idea as well. A farmer named Mr. Yamashita who lived in the same village was also a solid type of person who seemed like a nice person.
実はこのたび、結婚3年目の妻と二人で、夫婦の念願だった、田舎でのスローライフ、と言うものを始める事になりまして…。都内まで電車で2時間ほどの山村にある、築50年ほどの古民家物件を、ローンで購入したのです。のどかで空気もおいしい田舎の環境に、妻はとても喜んでくれた様子でしたので、私としても良かったと思っていまして…。同じ村に住む山下さんと言う農夫の男性も人の良さそうなガッチリタイプの人でしたので…。
