A regular social gathering where all the members of the parents' association of Midori-Oka Elementary School 2nd and 3rd grade gather together. As both fathers and mothers, it seems like everyone from each family has taken time out of their busy schedules to come together and have a frantic discussion about budgeting and allocation for class events.
