DESCRIPTION
One evening, Mr. Tanaka, a neighbor, comes to visit with neighborhood association fees. My husband and Mr. Tanaka decided to have a quick drink since it was such a special occasion. When I heard about it, I was told that my elderly mother had been transferred to a facility in a neighboring town, and that she was now living alone as a single man, making daily life difficult in many ways. The neighbor said with a tired smile. My husband wondered if there was anything he could do to help, so he suggested, ``Well, Tanaka-san, if you don't mind, my wife can help out, even if it's just on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.''
ある晩、ご近所の田中氏が、町内会費を持って訪ねてくる。せっかくだから軽く一献と、田中氏と晩酌を始めた夫。聞けば何やらご高齢のお母様が隣町の施設の方へと入られたとの事で、独身の男ひとり暮らしとなり、色々と日々の暮らしが大変だと。そう話し、疲れた笑みを浮かべる隣人。何か力になれないだろうかと思案した夫は、「そうだ田中さん、良かったら週末だけ金土日だけでも、ウチの妻がお手伝いに行きますよ」と提案して…。
어느 밤, 이웃의 다나카 씨가 동내 회비를 가지고 찾아온다. 모처럼이기 때문에 가볍게 일헌과 다나카 씨와 만찬을 시작한 남편. 들으면 어쨌든 고령의 어머니가 이웃 마을의 시설로 들어갔다고 하는 것으로, 독신의 남자 혼자 생활이 되어, 여러가지 나날의 생활이 힘들다고. 그렇게 말하고 지친 웃음을 짓는 이웃. 뭔가 힘이 될 수 있을까 생각한 남편은, 「그렇다 타나카씨, 좋으면 주말만 금토일만으로도, 우치의 아내가 도와 드릴게요」라고 제안해…
