とある病院に入院している男たちは夜な夜な黒ギャルナースに理不尽で残虐な暴行を受けてしまう。あと少しで退院というところで黒ギャルナースに攻撃を受け男は再び病床へとついてしまう。ここに入院したら最期、「賽の河原」のようにいくら小石を積み上げても黒ギャルという鬼に崩されてしまう。これはいつまでたっても退院できない男の物語なのです。
어떤 병원에 입원하고 있는 남자들은 밤에 밤나는 검은 걸너스에게 불합리하고 잔혹한 폭행을 받게 된다. 그리고 조금 퇴원이라고 하는 곳에서 검은 걸너스에게 공격을 받고 남자는 다시 병상으로 붙어 버린다. 여기에 입원하면 최후에 '포도의 하원'과 같이 아무리 자갈을 쌓아도 검은 걸이라는 악마에 무너져 버린다. 이것은 언제까지나 퇴원할 수 없는 남자의 이야기입니다.
