미야기에서 상경해 온 방금의 마나미. 아직 나마리가 전혀 빠지지 않지만 어른의 장난감을 취급하는 회사에서 매일 클레임 처리의 일을 해내고 있다. 번거로운 손님 곳까지 갑자기 사과하면서도, 마나미는 소유 전의 건강과 밝기로 차례차례로 클레임을 해결해, 반대로 새로운 주문까지 취해 버릴 정도이다. 마나미가 어떻게 야하고 클레임을 다루고 있는가… 그것은 보고의 즐거움이다.
