DESCRIPTION
Somewhere in Tokyo. A sales department of a company that sells raw materials for drugs to pharmaceutical companies. The sales department here was beginning to see rapid sales growth within the industry. But there was a reason. This is because, as part of a strategy to overcome the uncertain economic situation, a special bonus called the President's Award was given to boost morale. A system not found in other departments. Only for the sales department here. Today is the monthly president's award day. The entire sales department gulped. 都内某所。製薬会社に対し、薬品の原料等を販売する某会社の営業部。ここの営業部は、この業界内でも急激に売上げを伸ばし始めていた。しかし、理由があった。何故なら、先の見えない不況を乗り切る打開策の一環として、士気を発揚させる為に、社長賞という名の特別ボーナスを支給していた。他の部署には無い制度。ここの営業部に対してのみだ。そして今日は、月恒例の社長賞の日。営業部全員が、皆ゴクリとつばを飲む。午前十時に差し掛かった所で、部長が発表する瞬間を待ちわびていた…給料一ヶ月分に相当する社長賞。
도내 모소. 제약회사에 대하여 약품의 원료 등을 판매하는 모회사의 영업부. 여기 영업부는 이 업계 내에서도 급격히 매출을 늘리기 시작했다. 그러나 이유가 있었다. 왜냐하면 먼저 보이지 않는 불황을 극복하는 타개책의 일환으로 사기를 발양시키기 위해 사장상이라는 이름의 특별 보너스를 지급하고 있었다. 다른 부서에는 없는 제도. 여기 영업부에 대해서만이다. 그리고 오늘은, 월 항례의 사장상의 날. 영업부 전원이 모두 고크리와 고리를 마신다. 오전 10시에 접한 곳에서, 부장이 발표하는 순간을 기다리고 있었다…급료 1개월분에 상당하는 사장상.
