DESCRIPTION
Japan's economy is not getting any better. I moved to Tokyo and tried job hunting, but I couldn't get the job I wanted, so I ended up working in an AV production company with the feeling that it was just a job. Mr. Konno started working there as a manager. At first, I started the job with a lighthearted attitude, but the work environment and surroundings were good, and I was originally serious, so I flourished and am now living a fulfilling life. However, since female managers are rare, she seems to be invited out for drinks or seduced by the company's president or supervisor, and she seems to be a serious woman who overthinks things, and when someone offers her a job, she can't refuse and gets carried away...
なかなか景気が良くならない日本。東京に上京して就活してみたものの希望してた仕事に就職出来ず、腰掛け程度の気持ちで就職したのがAVのプロダクション。そこでマネージャーとして働きはじめた紺野さん。最初は軽い気持ちで始めた仕事だけど職場や周りの環境が良く、元来真面目な事もあってメキメキと頭角を現し、今は充実した日々を送っている。ただ女性マネージャーが珍しいのもあって営業先の社長や監督に呑みに誘われたり口説かれたりもするみたいで、真面目な彼女は考えすぎる余り、仕事をくれると言われると断り切れず流されていってしまう女性のようだ…。
좀처럼 경기가 좋아지지 않는 일본. 도쿄에 상경해 취활해 보았지만 희망하고 있던 일에 취직할 수 없고, 발판 정도의 마음으로 취직한 것이 AV의 프로덕션. 거기서 매니저로서 일하기 시작한 콘노씨. 처음에는 가벼운 기분으로 시작한 일이지만 직장이나 주위의 환경이 좋고, 원래 진지한 일도 있어 메키메키와 두각을 나타내, 지금은 충실한 나날을 보내고 있다. 단지 여성 매니저가 드문 것도 있어 영업처의 사장이나 감독에게 삼키게 초대받거나 구설되기도 하는 것 같고, 심각한 그녀는 너무 생각하고, 일을 준다고 하면 거절할 수 없게 흘러가 버리는 여성 같다…
