お互いの大切さを忘れてしまった夫婦生活に耐えられず、一人自分探しの旅に出たさとみ。走る車に手をかざし、ヒッチハイクをしながらの行く当てのない旅。止まってくれる車などほとんどなく、やっと乗せてもらえたかと思えば男に襲われ現実の厳しさを感じるさとみだったが、旅を続けるにつれて温かい人たちに出会い、その完璧な肉体をも露わにして心とカラダを通わせていくのだった。まるで、自分の存在を確かめるかのように…。
