夏期講習の為に学校に出勤していた杏菜は一人ある事件を思い出していた。数年前―。杏菜に恋をしていた生徒・佐々木の想いに応えられず、佐々木が自ら命を絶ってしまったのだった。その傷も癒えた杏菜だったが、一学期の半ばに山本という生徒が転校してきてからクラスの雰囲気が変わったのを不安に思っていた。そして夏期講習でその不安が的中してしまう。生徒達に羽交い絞めにされた杏菜は山本の口から衝撃の言葉を聞かされ…。
