DESCRIPTION
The night before her son Masao got a job and left for Tokyo, Shino sat around the last meal with her husband and younger brother Takashi. Masao was feeling uneasy about Tokyo, a big city he had never seen before, but he felt the warmth of his family and went to bed slowly that night... A few days have passed since he started living in Tokyo, and Masao is nostalgic for his hometown and family. One day, Masao's mother Shino suddenly visits him. While Masao is unable to hide his surprise at his sudden visit, Shino discovers an unfinished letter and learns about Masao's feelings.
息子・正夫の就職が決まり東京に発つ前夜、紫乃は夫と弟の隆史と共に最後の食卓を囲んでいた。まだ見ぬ大都会・東京に不安を覚えていた正夫だったが家族の温もりに触れその晩はゆっくりと床につくのだったが…。東京で暮らし始め数日が経ち正夫は故郷と家族を懐かしんでいた。ある日突然母親の紫乃が正夫の元を訪れる。突然の来訪に驚きを隠せない正夫を尻目に紫乃は書きかけの手紙を発見して正夫の気持ちを知ってしまい…。
아들·쇼오의 취직이 정해져 도쿄에 나오는 전야, 시노는 남편과 동생의 타카시와 함께 마지막 식탁을 둘러싸고 있었다. 아직 보지 못한 대도시·도쿄에 불안을 기억하고 있던 쇼오였지만 가족의 온기를 만져 그 밤은 천천히 바닥에 붙는 것이었지만… 도쿄에서 살기 시작 며칠이 지났고 마사오는 고향과 가족을 그리워했다. 어느 날 갑자기 어머니의 시노가 마사오의 전을 찾는다. 갑작스런 방문에 놀라움을 숨길 수 없는 쇼오를 엉덩이 눈에 시노는 쓴 편지를 발견해 쇼오의 기분을 알고 버려…
