DESCRIPTION
Her husband and son, Toshihiko, are often away from home, as if to avoid Chisato, who can't easily cook or boil a bath. Chisato drowns in alcohol to distract herself from her lonely thoughts. One day, Chisato treats herself to special ramen at a liquor store. Although Chisato grimaced, she was impressed by the liquor store and finished it all, thanks in part to the strength of the alcohol. A few hours later, Chisato wakes up and regrets her earlier mistake to Toshihiko, but Toshihiko suddenly confesses to her, ``I'm sorry, but I love your mother.''
料理もろくに作れず、風呂もろくに沸かせない千里を敬遠するように夫と息子・敏彦は家を留守がちにしていた。そんな孤独な想いを紛らわすように千里は酒に溺れていった。ある日、酒屋に特製ラーメンをご馳走する千里。顔をしかめながらも完食した酒屋に感激した千里は酒の勢いも手伝って…。数時間後、酔いが覚め先ほどの過ちを敏彦に悔いる千里だったが「そそっかしいけど、お母さんが大好きだよ」と突然告白をされ…。
