DESCRIPTION

亡き夫の意思を引き継ぎ現場監督となった優乃。しかし、現場では女だからと言う事を聞かない頑固で癖のある作業員達ばかり。そんな男臭い現場で優乃は夫が残した「建物は図面で建つのではない。人で建つ。」を胸に、作業員達と向き合うのだった。そして、現場の士気を上げる為に作業員達の汗臭いチ○ポをしゃぶる優乃。そんな自ら体を張って現場と一体になろうとする優乃の姿に、作業員達の心の中にも少しずつ変化が表れ…。
죽은 남편의 의사를 이어 현장 감독이 된 유노. 그러나, 현장에서는 여자라고 말하는 것을 듣지 않는 완고하고 버릇이 있는 작업원들만. 그런 남자 냄새 현장에서 유노는 남편이 남긴 "건물은 도면으로 세우는 것이 아니다. 사람으로 세운다."를 가슴에, 작업원들과 마주하는 것이었다. 그리고, 현장의 사기를 올리기 위해(때문에) 작업원들의 땀 냄새 지○포를 빠는 우노. 그런 스스로 몸을 치고 현장과 일체가 되고자 하는 유노의 모습에, 작업원들의 마음속에도 조금씩 변화가 나타난다.
