DESCRIPTION
A supermarket manager keeps recording individual interviews with amateur part-time employees to negotiate wage increases. Mr. Miyazaki, who has been working in the drugstore department for a year and a half, is working hard in the drugstore department, and the department should be doing well. The main building's fresh produce corner, stocked with fresh vegetables delivered directly from the farm, seems to be doing well this year as well, with Mr. Kobayashi, a veteran part-time worker in the same department having just joined the company for five years at a young age.
スーパーの店長が記録し続ける、素人パート従業員達とのあまりにもナマナマしい賃上げ交渉個別面談。ドラッグストア部門にて頑張ってくださっているお勤め一年半の宮崎さんは、部門の業績は良いはずなのに。産地直送のフレッシュベジタボを取り揃える本館生鮮コーナーは今年もなかなかの業績らしく、同部門にて若くして入社5年目となったベテランパートの小林さん。
슈퍼의 점장이 계속 기록하는, 아마추어 파트 종업원들과의 너무나 엄청난 임금 인상 협상 개별 면담. 약국 부문에서 열심히 해주시는 근무 일년 반의 미야자키 씨는, 부문의 실적은 좋을 것인데. 산지 직송의 신선한 채식 터보를 갖춘 본관 신선 코너는 올해도 꽤 실적인 것 같고, 동 부문에서 젊어서 입사 5년째가 된 베테랑 파트의 고바야시 씨.
