DESCRIPTION

A supermarket manager keeps recording individual interviews with amateur part-time employees to negotiate wage increases. Mr. Mochida, an energetic part-time worker who sells piping hot fried chicken in the side dish section, has already been working for the third time this year. Ms. Kojima is a veteran part-time worker who handles everything from cosmetics to prescriptions in the drugstore department.

スーパーの店長が記録し続ける、素人パート従業員達とのあまりにもナマナマしい賃上げ交渉個別面談。お惣菜売り場で出来立てアツアツの唐揚げを売りさばく元気一杯のパートタイマー持田さんも気付けば今年でもう3年目。ドラッグストア部門にて化粧品から処方箋までを手広く受け持つベテランパートタイマー小嶋さん。

슈퍼의 점장이 계속 기록하는, 아마추어 파트 종업원들과의 너무나 엄청난 임금 인상 협상 개별 면담. 반찬 매장에서 완성된 따끈따끈한 가라아게를 팔아 굉장히 활기찬 파트 타이머 모치다씨도 눈치채면 올해로 이제 3년째. 약국 부문에서 화장품에서 처방전까지 널리 받아들이는 베테랑 파트 타이머 코지마 씨.
