DESCRIPTION
A supermarket manager keeps recording individual interviews with amateur part-time employees to negotiate wage increases. Mr. Nakagawa, who has a dynamite buddy that can be clearly seen even over his part-time uniform, is the most cheerful person at our supermarket, working with full energy in the fresh produce department... I started this part-time job as my husband and I both work to help make ends meet. Mr. Osawa, who is in charge of the delicatessen, gets swept away by the atmosphere behind closed doors while negotiating a wage increase with the assistant store manager.
