DESCRIPTION
A supermarket manager keeps recording individual interviews with amateur part-time employees to negotiate wage increases. Ms. Miura, who has a quiet and calm personality, is a married woman who works part-time in the household goods department. During a closed room wage increase negotiation with the store manager, I was asked to negotiate with the store manager in a manner that resembled sexual harassment. Ms. Nohara, who is in charge of the meat department, is a former young married woman with a winning personality. Her husband apparently works as a steeplejack, and during the rainy season he inevitably loses work, making the family's finances difficult.

슈퍼의 점장이 계속 기록하는, 아마추어 파트 종업원들과의 너무나 엄청난 임금 인상 협상 개별 면담. 구수가 적고 어른스러운 성격의 미우라씨는 생활잡화 부문에서 파트를 하는 유부녀씨. 점장과의 밀실 임금 인상 협상의 자리에서 강인한 성희롱 기미의 협상을 요구받아. 정육 부문 담당 노하라 씨는 승리 성격의 전 양 유부녀. 남편 씨는 도직의 일인 것 같고, 비가 많은 계절은 아무래도 일이 줄어 가계가 괴로운 것이라든가.
