항에서는 젊은 여성이 행방불명이 되어 해외에 팔린다는 인신매매 사건이 일어나고 있었다. 물론 인신매매의 흑막은 거물 정치가라는 정보는 있었지만 결정이 없었기 때문에 피해자는 울고 있었다. 어느 날 두 명의 미인부인 수사관은 인신매매 거래 현장에 잠입했지만 악한 구성원들에게 둘러싸여 절대 절명의 위기에 빠졌다. 그때 수수께끼의 전라 모습의 여주인공 ‘모르츠가면’이 부인 수사관의 궁지를 구하는 것이었다. 모르츠 가면은 도대체 누구인가? 분명하지 않은 채 인신매매 흑막의 정체가 보였다. 다시 수사에 들어가 인신매매 조직의 아지트에 밟히지만, 또 함정에 걸려 잡힌다. 그리고 다시 '모르츠가면'이 나타나 구성원들을 쓰러뜨려 간다! 가면 가면은 가면 노인인 인신매매 조직의 흑막을 몰아내는데, 그 가면 노인은 그저 늙은이가 아니라 권법의 달인이었다. 모르츠 가면은 필살기도-레츠 어택을 봉해 가랑이를 누르고 기절한다. 모르츠 가면은 잡혀 부인 수사관 앞에서 능욕되어 그 순백의 마스크를 찢어져 엉망이 되어 벗겨져 버린다. 정체를 받은 모르츠 가면은 몸도 마음도 엉망이 되어 부끄러워한다. 과연 두 사람의 운명은… ?
