DESCRIPTION
Ran, whose father and the head of the Tenpuu clan was killed, is captured by Genbu, who is aiming for the treasure of the Tenpuu clan. Ran refuses to speak even after being subjected to all kinds of torture, so Genbu gets angry and steals Ran's memories and brainwashes her. The brainwashed Ran changed his name to "Suzaku" and joined Genbu, Seiryu, and Byakko as one of the Four Heavenly Kings. The brainwashed Suzaku (Ran) uses his own hands to hunt down and torture the remnants of the Tenfu clan one after another in order to ask them about the whereabouts of the Tenfu clan's treasure.
天風一族の宝を狙う玄武に、天風一族の長であり実の父親を殺された蘭は捕まってしまう。あらゆる拷問にかけても口を割らない蘭に、業を煮やした玄武は蘭の記憶を奪い、そして洗脳してしまうのだった。洗脳された蘭は「朱雀」と名を変え、玄武・青龍・白虎に加わり四天王の一人として名を連ねた。洗脳された朱雀（蘭）は天風一族の宝のありかを聞くべく、自らの手で天風一族の残党を次々と狩り拷問をかけていくのだった。
천풍 일족의 보물을 노리는 현무에, 천풍 일족의 장이어서 실제 아버지를 죽인 난초는 잡혀 버린다. 모든 고문에 걸려도 입을 깨지 않는 난초에, 일을 끓인 현무는 난초의 기억을 빼앗아, 그리고 세뇌해 버리는 것이었다. 세뇌된 난초는 '주작'으로 이름을 바꿔 현무·청룡·백호에 합류해 사천왕의 한 사람으로 이름을 올렸다. 세뇌된 주작(蘭)은 천풍 일족의 보물의 존재를 듣기 위해 자신의 손으로 천풍 일족의 잔당을 잇달아 사냥 고문을 걸어가는 것이었다.
