DESCRIPTION
The helpers featured in this work are contacted by the registered helper station or visiting nursing office, and then visit the user's home to provide nursing care services. However, there is no end to the number of staff who quit because they are not paid for their harsh physical labor. Although it rarely comes to the surface like wage issues, in recent years sexual harassment from the care recipients has become an issue, especially for female home helpers and caregivers. Acts such as physical touching are commonplace, and the helpers, who are in a vulnerable position and do not receive a decent salary, have no one to protect them even if they are sexually harassed. This drama is based on the actual experiences of such helpers.
本作品で取り上げるヘルパーは、登録先のヘルパーステーションや訪問看護事業所から連絡を受け、利用者の自宅に出向いて介護サービスをする。しかし、過酷な肉体労働に対して賃金が伴わず、辞めていくスタッフは後を絶たない…。賃金問題のように表面化することは少ないが、ここ数年、女性のホームヘルパーや介護士を中心に問題になっているのが、要介護者からのセクハラ問題。身体を触るなどの行為は日常茶飯事、まともな給料もないような弱い立場のヘルパーたちは性的な嫌がらせをされても誰にも守ってもらえない。これはそんなヘルパーたちが実際に体験した、体験談をもとに再現したドラマである。
본 작품에서 다루는 헬퍼는, 등록처의 헬퍼 스테이션이나 방문 간호 사업소로부터 연락을 받아, 이용자의 자택에 나가서 개호 서비스를 한다. 그러나, 가혹한 육체 노동에 대해서 임금이 수반하지 않고, 그만두고 가는 스탭은 뒤를 끊지 않는다…. 임금 문제처럼 표면화하는 것은 적지만, 최근 몇 년, 여성의 홈 헬퍼나 개호사를 중심으로 문제가 되고 있는 것이, 요개호자로부터의 성희롱 문제. 신체를 만지는 등의 행위는 일상차반사, 괜찮은 급료도 없는 약한 입장의 헬퍼들은 성적인 괴롭힘을 당해도 누구에게도 지켜줄 수 없다. 이것은 그런 헬퍼들이 실제로 체험한 체험담을 바탕으로 재현한 드라마이다.
