Wakuni, a small monarchical state in the Far East, was in turmoil. Ever since the king was sick in bed, all of his orders have been passed down through Sakazaki, the Minister of State. It was around that time that the country began to turn. Some were suspicious of the king, who never appeared before the people, and suspected Sakazaki of madness. Kaguya Shiramine, a nurse working at the Royal Hospital, is busy with hard work every day. One day, Kaguya hears a rumor from her lover Yukimura, a soldier. It is said that the king is imprisoned deep underground in the royal palace. Levinas infiltrates the royal palace and confronts Sakazaki in order to rescue the imprisoned king. He defeats the guards of the ninja organization [Kage] under Sakazaki's direct control one after another, but falls into the hands of Levinas's lover, Yukimura, who does not know his true identity and falls into the hands of the enemy. There are tens of thousands of people in the square. Kaguya is in tatters. In order to further embarrass Kaguya, Sakazaki forces a fighter from the Colosseum to rape Kaguya. 極東にある小さな王政国家【 倭国（わくに） 】は乱れに乱れていた。王が病床に伏せて以来、王の命令はすべて国務大臣である坂崎を通して下々に伝えられている。国が傾き始めたのもまさにその頃。まったく民の前に姿を現さない王をいぶかしみ、坂崎の乱心を疑う者もいた。王立病院に務める看護婦・白嶺かぐやはハードワークに追われる毎日。かぐやはある時、恋人の兵士、幸村からウワサを耳にする。それは王宮の地下深くに王が幽閉されているというもの。偶然にも王が病床に伏せる直前、王のうわごとを耳にした幸村。「 時告（ときつげ）の鵺（ぬえ）が西の空に飛び立つ時…光は蘇らん 」その言葉に驚きを隠せないかぐや。それは亡くなった育ての父・白嶺拓馬の最後の言葉とまったく同じだったのだ。家の地下室を開いたかぐやを待っていたものは…一着のコスチューム。王の継承者が20歳の誕生日に着るという儀礼上の衣装。仮面をかぶるのは、自分という存在を押し殺してでも国民に誠意を尽くすという真宮家の教えなのだった。その日から夜な夜なそのコスチュームに身を包み、乱れた街の治安を守り始めるかぐや。民衆の支持が謎の義賊に傾き、坂崎が苛立ちの矛先を向けるのは趣味である【 公開処刑 】。下賤なる市民が惨めに死んでゆくのを見るのが自分の優越感を満足させる手段なのである。坂崎はレヴィナスを捕え、公開処刑にかけようと画策する。幽閉されている王を救出するために王宮に潜入し坂崎と対峙するレヴィナス。坂崎直属の忍者組織【 影 】の衛兵を次々と倒すがレヴィナスの正体を知らない恋人、幸村の手に掛り敵の手に落ちてしまう。広場にいるのは数万人という国民。ボロボロのかぐや。さらなる恥ずかしめを与えようとコロシアムの闘士にかぐやを犯させる坂崎。巨大なイチモツがけがれを知らないかぐやの陰部を突き破る。一般市民の前で中出しされ満身創痍のかぐや。果たしてレヴィナスは民衆の自由と平和を取り戻す事が出来るのか！［HAPPY END］
극동에 있는 작은 왕정 국가【왜국】은 혼란에 흐트러져 있었다. 왕이 병상에 엎드린 이래, 왕의 명령은 모두 국무대신인 사카자키를 통해서 아래로 전해지고 있다. 나라가 기울기 시작한 것도 바로 그 무렵. 전혀 백성 앞에 모습을 드러내지 않는 왕을 어지럽히고 사카사키의 난심을 의심하는 사람도 있었다. 왕립병원에 맡는 간호사·시라미네 카구야는 하드워크에 쫓기는 매일. 카구야는 어느 때, 연인의 병사, 유키무라에서 소문을 듣는다. 그것은 왕궁의 지하 깊이에 왕이 유폐되어 있다는 것. 우연히도 왕이 병상에 엎드리기 직전, 왕의 똥을 들은 유키무라. 「시고(토츠게)의 황(누에)가 서쪽 하늘에 날아갈 때… 빛은 소란」 그 말에 놀라움을 숨길 수 없는 카구야. 그것은 죽은 양육의 아버지 시라미네 타쿠마의 마지막 말과 완전히 같았다. 집의 지하실을 열고 카구야를 기다리고 있던 것은 ... 한 벌의 의상. 왕의 계승자가 20세의 생일에 입는다는 의례상의 의상. 가면을 쓰는 것은 자신이라는 존재를 몰살해도 국민에게 성의를 다한다는 진궁가의 가르침이었다. 그날부터 밤 밤인 그 코스튬에 몸을 감싸, 흐트러진 거리의 치안을 지키기 시작하는 카구야. 민중의 지지가 수수께끼의 의적에 기울어져 사카사키가 자극의 모순을 향하는 것은 취미이다[공개 처형]. 하천하는 시민이 비참하게 죽어가는 것을 보는 것이 자신의 우월감을 만족시키는 수단인 것이다. 사카사키는 레비나스를 잡아 공개처형에 걸려고 획책한다. 유폐되고 있는 왕을 구출하기 위해 왕궁에 잠입해 사카자키와 대치하는 레비나스. 사카자키 직속의 닌자 조직【그림자】의 위병을 차례차례로 쓰러뜨리지만 레비나스의 정체를 모르는 연인, 유키무라의 손에 걸려 적의 손에 떨어진다. 광장에 있는 것은 수만명이라는 국민. 엉망진창 카구야. 추가 부끄러움을 주려고 콜로세움의 투사에게 카구야를 저지르는 사카자키. 거대한 이치모츠가 부상을 모르는 카구야의 음부를 찢는다. 일반 시민 앞에서 질 내 사정되어 만신 창흔의 카구야. 과연 레비나스는 민중의 자유와 평화를 되찾을 수 있을까! [HAPPY END]
