Maria Kido, an investigator with the government's Seventh Investigation Team [Alpha Zero 7], has infiltrated Sahiki City, which has been closed off due to a deadly virus, to investigate... 11 years ago, an explosion occurred at the headquarters of a foreign drug manufacturer [World Medical] during a new drug experiment, and the entire area of Sahiki City in Kaihin Prefecture, where it is located, was destroyed. However, communications from Soma, the captain of Alpha Zero 4, a research team that was supposed to have been wiped out, are intercepted. 政府の第七次調査隊【 アルファ・ゼロ7 】調査員、城戸マリアは殺人ウィルスの為封鎖されている佐引市にある調査のために潜入していた・・今から11年前に発生した外資系薬品メーカー【 ワールドメディカル 】本社社屋内における新薬の実験中の爆発事故で所在地である海浜県の佐引市一帯は壊滅。以来、バイオハザードの影響で一帯は封鎖され、立ち入り禁止となっていた。しかし全滅したはずの調査隊、アルファゼロ4の隊長、相馬からの通信が傍受される。致死率100％と言われるウィルスの抗体が生存者、相馬に隠されている可能性があると睨んだ政府はアルファゼロ7を封鎖地域に潜入させ、相馬を救出しようと試みる事に・・早速、相馬が避難し潜伏しているワールドメディカル社屋に潜入するマリアたちだったが、そこはすでにゾンビの巣窟と化していた。次々とマリアに襲い掛かるゾンビを倒し、ついに、相馬を保護する事に成功するが、相馬の口から衝撃的な事実が語られる・・ウィルスの抗体を生成するにはゾンビと交配した女性の血液から採取できるというのだ！人類を救うためにマリアは自らを犠牲にしてゾンビに凌辱させることに。しかし、ゾンビとの交配でゾンビ化したマリアは凶暴化し、隊長に襲い掛かり、隊長の一物を貪り始める…［BAD END］
정부의 제7차 조사대【알파 제로 7】조사원, 죠도 마리아는 살인 바이러스 때문에 봉쇄되고 있는 사인시에 있는 조사를 위해 잠입하고 있었다··지금부터 11년전에 발생한 외자계 약품 메이커 이후 바이오하자드의 영향으로 일대는 봉쇄되어 출입금지가 되었다. 그러나 전멸했을 뿐의 조사대, 알파 제로 4의 대장, 소마로부터의 통신이 가로채진다. 치사율 100%라고 하는 바이러스의 항체가 생존자, 소마에 숨겨져 있을 가능성이 있다고 노려본 정부는 알파 제로 7을 봉쇄 지역에 잠입시켜, 소마를 구출하려고 시도하는 것에··조속히, 소마가 피난해 잠복하고 있는 월드 메디컬 사옥에 잠입하는 마리아들. 잇달아 마리아에 습격하는 좀비를 쓰러뜨리고, 마침내, 소마를 보호하는 데 성공하지만, 소마의 입에서 충격적인 사실이 말해진다·· 바이러스의 항체를 생성하려면 좀비와 교배한 여성의 혈액으로부터 채취할 수 있다는 것이다! 인류를 구하기 위해 마리아는 스스로를 희생시켜 좀비에게 능욕시키기로. 그러나 좀비와의 교배로 좀비화한 마리아는 흉포화하고, 대장에게 덮쳐 대장의 일물을 탐하기 시작한다… [BAD END]
