DESCRIPTION
Akio Shirasawa, the director of the film club, is on the verge of abolishing it, and is thinking of new material every day to revive the club. Shirasawa had an idea to make a panties movie with student council president Yuka Sawamura as the heroine, but Yuka Sawamura refused and Shirasawa was unable to film it yet. At that time, the Panty Killer that Fontaine had previously defeated reappears. Panty Killer attacks Fontaine with his strengthened Steel Robo No. 2 in order to exact revenge on Fontaine. Fontaine struggles against Steel Robo No. 2, which is much stronger than the first Steel Robo. During the battle, Shirasawa, the director of the film club, hears of the commotion and grabs a video camera, desperately trying to capture the battle of Fontaine on camera. Panty Killer sees this and comes up with the idea of teaming up with Shirasawa to make a movie that will give Fontaine the greatest humiliation. 廃部寸前の映画部部長の白澤 あきおは、なんとか映画部を盛り返そうと日々新作のネタを考えていた。生徒会長の沢村 優香をヒロインに迎えパンティーの映画を撮る構想があったが、沢村 優香に断られ未だ撮影できずにいた白澤。そんな時、以前フォンテーヌが倒したはずのパンティーキラーが再び現れた。パンティーキラーは、強化したスティールロボ2号を引きつれフォンテーヌへの復讐を果たそうと襲いくる。初代スティールロボより遥かに強くなったスティールロボ2号の前に苦戦するフォンテーヌ。戦いの最中、映画部部長の白澤がその騒動をかぎつけビデオカメラを手にフォンテーヌの戦いを必死にカメラに収めようとしている。それを見たパンティーキラーは、白澤と手を組みフォンテーヌに最大の辱めを与える映画を作ることを思いつくのだった。そして、今、最高のフォンテーヌムービーがクランクインする…［BAD END］。
폐부 직전의 영화부 부장의 시라사와 아키오는 어떻게든 영화부를 되돌아 보려고 날마다 신작의 재료를 생각하고 있었다. 학생 회장의 사와무라 유카를 히로인으로 맞이해 팬티의 영화를 찍는 구상이 있었지만, 사와무라 유카에게 거절되어 아직 촬영할 수 없었던 시라자와. 그때 이전에 폰테인이 쓰러뜨릴 팬티 킬러가 다시 나타났다. 팬티 킬러는 강화한 스틸 로보 2호를 끌어당겨 폰테인에 대한 복수를 이루려고 습격한다. 초대 스틸 로보보다 훨씬 강해진 스틸 로보 2호 앞에 고전하는 폰테인. 싸움 중, 영화부 부장의 시라사와가 그 소동을 밟아 비디오 카메라를 손에 폰테인의 싸움을 필사적으로 카메라에 담으려고 하고 있다. 그것을 본 팬티 킬러는, 시라자와와 손을 짜 폰테인에게 최대의 욕을 주는 영화를 만드는 것을 생각하는 것이었다. 그리고 지금 최고의 폰테인 무비가 크랭크인한다… [BAD END].
