DESCRIPTION
Aya, a kunoichi of the Suitora style of ninjutsu, has left the world of ninjutsu and is now teaching self-defense at a dojo in the city. However, due to financial difficulties, he decides to participate in a dark martial arts tournament. Then Daikichi Kuruma, a former agent friend, comes to visit. Kuruma asks Aya to once again work as an agent for the organization in order to uncover the activities of Jinsai Onizuka, who acts as a dictator on Takishima, an extraterritorial island along the border, and is said to possess nuclear weapons.
