DESCRIPTION
After the war, a family risked their lives to return to Japan from Manchuria. In a remote part of the village, there was a poor family who cultivated wasteland and made charcoal for a living. The days of closed self-sufficiency. Eventually, the couple's three siblings, an older brother, an older sister, and a younger sister, grew up physically, and the older sister, who hated the interaction between her parents in the small house, moved to the city. Eventually, the family's true misfortune begins the day their eldest daughter grows into a beautiful adult and returns to her family, who continue to live in the mountains.
終戦後、満州から命を賭けて日本に帰った一家。寒村のさらに奥地に、荒地を耕し炭焼きを生業とする貧しい一家があった。閉鎖された自給自足の日々。夫婦に、兄、姉、弟の三兄姉もやがて肉体的に成長し、狭い家の中での父母の交わりを嫌った姉は都会へと出て行った。やがてこの一家の本当の不幸は長女が美しく成人し、山の暮らしを続ける家族の元に帰って来た日から始まるのであった。
종전 후 만주에서 목숨을 걸고 일본으로 돌아온 일가. 한촌의 한층 더 오지에, 황무지를 경작해 숯구이를 생업으로 하는 가난한 일가가 있었다. 폐쇄된 자급 자족의 날들. 부부에게 형, 언니, 남동생의 삼형 언니 역시 육체적으로 성장해, 좁은 집안에서의 부모의 교제를 싫어한 언니는 도시로 나갔다. 이윽고 이 일가의 진정한 불행은 장녀가 아름답게 성인해, 산의 생활을 계속하는 가족의 곁으로 돌아온 날부터 시작되는 것이었다.
