"섹스는 사랑이 없어도 얼마든지 할 수 있다"고 말하는 계산 높은 여대생 에리코는, 샐러리맨의 남자 2명을 상대로, 일부러 초대한 척을 하고 윤간 사건을 일으켜 2명을 고소. 돈을 풍기려고 노력한다. 일심으로는 원고 승소의 판결이 나오지만… 라스트에서는 강간 사건의 재판의 어려움도 호소하고 있다. 덧붙여서 본작이 만들어진 것은 내용은 전혀 다르지만 같은 주제를 호소하는 '고발의 행방'이 만들어지는 10년 이상 전이다.
