DESCRIPTION
When Kyoko Kasai was three years old, her father, a detective with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, was killed in front of her eyes. I have no memory of the culprit. However, the clue was the three Hanafuda cards of a boar, a deer, and a butterfly that were left in his father's hand. Twenty years later, in 1903, Kyoko, now an adult, transforms into a female gambler named Ocho, a boar with tattoos of a boar, a deer, and a butterfly all over her back, and enters the world of gamblers in order to avenge her father's death.
葛西杏子は三歳の時、警視庁刑事の父を目の前で殺された。犯人の記憶は全くない。ただ、父の手に残された猪・鹿・蝶の三枚の花札がその手掛かりだった。そして二十年後の明治三十八年、成人した杏子が父親の仇を討つために、背中一面に猪・鹿・蝶の刺青を彫り込んだ女博徒・猪の鹿お蝶に姿を変えて、博徒の世界に殴りこんでいく…。
카사이 안즈는 세 살 때 경시청 형사의 아버지를 눈앞에서 죽였다. 범인의 기억은 전혀 없다. 다만, 아버지의 손에 남겨진 멧돼지·사슴·나비의 3장의 꽃찰이 그 단서였다. 그리고 20년 후의 메이지 38년, 성인한 살구가 아버지의 원을 토벌하기 위해서, 등 일면에 멧돼지·사슴·나비의 문신을 새긴 여배우·이노의 사슴 나비에 모습을 바꾸어, 박도의 세계에 때려 간다….
