DESCRIPTION
An investigation by the Special Internal Affairs Investigation Unit has been launched in secret. This was in response to a whistleblower report that there was a whistleblower within the bureau of a female body torture institute. The members, known as 'ghosts' and feared by everyone, are hidden away and sneak into various departments behind the scenes to conduct internal investigations. Ami Okajima (Ikumi Kuroki), a new investigator in her second year at the Lifestyle Crimes Headquarters, is selected as one of the members, hides the fact that she is a 'ghost', and is assigned to the International Crimes Investigation Headquarters to replace Miyabi Kagurazaka.
