DESCRIPTION
It's been 4 years since I became a teacher, which was my dream since I was a child. I was savoring the sense of fulfillment, reward, and joy of becoming a teacher, but my life as a teacher changed dramatically after an incident three years ago. My educational philosophy, which had believed in the theory of virtuous nature that ``even people who do bad things, are not bad people from the beginning,'' collapsed with a bang.
子供の頃からの夢であった教師になって4年を迎えます。教師になった充実感、やりがい、喜びを噛み締めていた私ですが、3年前のある事件を境に私の教師人生は大きく変わりました。「悪いことをしてしまう人間であっても、最初から悪い人間はいない」という性善説を信じていた私の教育理念が、音を立てて崩れ去りました。
어린 시절부터 꿈이었던 교사가 되어 4년을 맞이합니다. 교사가 된 충실감, 보람, 기쁨을 씹고 있던 나입니다만, 3년 전의 어떤 사건을 경계로 나의 교사 인생은 크게 바뀌었습니다. "나쁜 일을 해 버리는 인간이라도 처음부터 나쁜 인간은 없다"는 성선설을 믿었던 내 교육이념이 소리를 내어 무너졌습니다.
