마약수사국 특수수사2과의 타치바나는 패치식 미약을 제조하고 유통시키고 있는 범죄조직을 쫓고 있었다. 어느 날 드디어 조직의 발걸음을 잡아 아지트에 단신 잠입 수사를 시도도 굳이 잡혀 버린다. 양손 양 다리를 구속하면서 얼굴을 올리면 거기에 있던 것은 상사의 과장. 무려 그녀가 소속하는 마약 수사국은 뒤에서 범죄 조직과 밀접하게 연결되어 있었다.
