女子学生の有紗はベビーシッターのバイト中にブラック連合のチンピラ達に因縁をつけられてしまう。その時謎の覆面全裸戦士ハレンチマスクが現われチンピラ達をヌンチャクと自慢のハイキックでぶっ倒すのだった。人質になってた子供は、その破廉恥な勇姿に大はしゃぎし、ハレンチマスクを困らせる。その時、目を覚ましたチンピラの復讐がはじまった！
여학생의 아리사는 베이비 시터의 아르바이트 중에 블랙 연합의 친필라들에게 인연을 붙여 버린다. 그 때 수수께끼의 복면 전라 전사 할렌치 마스크가 나타나 친필라들을 넉척과 자랑의 하이킥으로 쓰러뜨리는 것이었다. 인질이 되어 있던 아이는, 그 파렴치한 용모에 크게 빠져, 해렌치 마스크를 곤란하게 한다. 그때 깨어난 친필라의 복수가 시작되었습니다!
