DESCRIPTION
The Shiroyama couple, who were quietly spending the last years of their lives at their home in Kawasaki, received some news. The news was that Mr. and Mrs. Takahashi, friends who used to play together a lot when they were both in their 20s, had passed away together. When the two hear the news, their memories of their youth come back to life. Those days were full of passion and vigor, unlike now. In order to remember the Takahashi couple, Mr. and Mrs. Shiroyama headed to a memorable place where the four of them once traveled together.
川崎に構える自宅にて、人生の晩年を静かに送っていた城山夫妻の元に、ある報せが届いた。それは、かつて二人がまだ20代の若者だった頃、一緒になってよく遊んだ友人・高橋夫妻が、連れ立って亡くなっていたという訃報だった。二人はその知らせを聞き、若かりし頃の思いを蘇らせる。今とは違い、情熱と活気に満ちていたあの頃。城山夫妻は高橋夫妻を偲ぶ意味も込めて、かつて4人で旅行に行った思い出の地へ、向かったのだった。
가와사키에 있는 자택에서, 인생의 만년을 조용히 보내고 있던 시로야마 부부의 근원에, 어느 보상이 도착했다. 그것은 과거 두 사람이 아직 20대 젊은이였을 무렵, 함께 되어 잘 놀던 친구 타카하시 부부가, 데리고 서 죽어 있었다는 사례였다. 두 사람은 그 소식을 듣고 젊음의 생각을 되살린다. 지금과는 달리 열정과 활기찬 그 무렵. 시로야마 부부는 다카하시 부부를 조롱하는 의미도 담아 한때 4명이 여행을 떠난 추억의 땅으로 향했다.
