DESCRIPTION
This work is set in Manchuria in 1945 and depicts the pitiful fate of women and women on the battlefield. Henry Tsukamoto himself would have naturally heard about the scars of war etched in his time from those around him. What happened in the area called Manchukuo at that time? If you are interested in this work, it might be fun to look into it.
本作は昭和二十年の満州を舞台に、戦場における婦女子の哀れな運命を描いている。ヘンリー塚本自身も時代に刻まれた戦争の傷跡を周囲の人間から当然の如く聞かされていたであろう。当時、満州国と呼ばれた地域で何が起こったのか…。本作を見て興味を持たれた方は、調べてみるのも一興かも知れない。
본작은 쇼와 20년의 만주를 무대로, 전장에 있어서의 부녀의 불쌍한 운명을 그리고 있다. 헨리 츠카모토 자신도 시대에 새겨진 전쟁의 흉터를 주위의 인간으로부터 당연히 듣고 있었을 것이다. 당시 만주국으로 불린 지역에서 무슨 일이 있었는지… 본작을 보고 흥미를 가진 분은 조사해 보는 것도 일흥일지도 모른다.
